Shaun is the right person for the first one.

But, I must say this whole experience has been awful. We still have no communication and lots of shitty dealers. They mostly suck and will likely not provide the studio experience Fiat wants. AND, It's Fiats fault. I got snookered into taking delivery here but I really wanted to give my business to Criswell because they were the first to come forward as enthusiasts.

I hope this gets better.

Drive to Criswell on Thurs. and tell Ms. Soave yourself! I would maybe refrain from phrases like "shitty dealers" and "I got snookered," but let her know how you feel.

If we could just do that. It doesn't have to be Laura herself, but there is nobody to talk to. Fiat's call center ( Ciao Fiat ) is worthless. The supervisor there equally. No call returned, no issues addressed, no information provided. And there is nowhere else to turn to.
This forum is full of frustrated PE owners and I feel for them. Many are canceling after a four month waiting.

I don't know, personally I think some cursing at/to someone at FIAT USA would be quite called-for.  Also cathartic.

With that said, I really do think this will all be water under the bridge once we're driving around with perma-grin.

Criswell is over 1000 miles away and I would fly, not drive to bitch. There is not really enough time to do that.

I've got the same old, "same old" car dealer. Not what I want. I want the special experience Fiat said I would get.

I should have bought from Criswell. I would likely have me car home by Saturday.

Great, Chris. Enjoy...maybe you can get some info about when the rest of us will be getting our cars. I think once the first is delivered, the flood gates will be opened and we might see them next week.

I really like the white...almost got it originally ...but, as my daughter reminded me yesterday, gray is my favorite color...sadly has been since I was a kid...maybe i'm boring, but I love how many shades and how versatile gray is...from deep silver to almost black, a crazy big range...

anywho...Never liked red cars, but that red Prima is very nice looking...but still would go gray then white then red...
