I am curious about the springs though. Did the manufacturer design the springs specifically for the US model or was it installed as per a non-US model?

KW apparently just sent a tech team to a PE owner in so cal and did a bunch of R&D on the car. That ought to be interesting.

The US rear suspension is different than the Euro, so using the Euro springs are out. I'll check out the details on the 500 Madness car, and post them.

The main thing is Fiat gave the car more suspension travel so there is more room before bottoming out and the spring damping rate was modified and to be quite frank, I find it a nice balance between outright cornering ability and day to day living in and around town and on the freeway and since it'd be my daily driver, I'm living all that well enough alone as it seems to work so well as it is.
