Road side warranty

Hi: I live 285 miles from my dealer. If car breaks down, I understand this service will transport the car to the dealer for repair.

Do they also  bring it back to me so I don`t have to fly or shuttle my way to the dealer?

I had a similar concern as my closest open dealer is 220 miles away.  When I took delivery of my Prima last weekend I was told by the dealer that the road side assistance does cover towing.  Not sure about getting the car when fixed.

I was also told Fiat offers a "mobile service" and gave me a number to call when I'm ready for my first service appointment.  Dealer said they will come to my house and perform the service at no cost to me.  I have not confirmed this with Fiat directly yet.

That would be about the best feature of this car.  Let us know if this is something more than another empty promise.

I'd like to know the number to call if you need service while on the road.
Is this the same number for everyone?
Where do i get this number ?

Hi: I talked with the Fiat dealer in Oregon yesterday about warranty repairs.

Yes, they will transport a disabled car to their facility for repair 285 miles from my home.
(He did not mention roadside repair, as we were just discussing the subject of a disabled car.)

No, they won't bring it back after repair. You have to arrange the return of your car yourself or go and pick it up.

At 285 miles away, it gives me pause.........

So if your dealer is close, your lucky.

Hopefully I won't have issues beyond normal service.
