Kinda nice you are offering your PE to members here, really...if you can find someone close enough, meet them, etc for the exchange.   More power to you and them.  You handle delivery, drive the car a little yourself, then your buyer takes over, they own a used limited edition car, bottom line.

I agree, if there were such a big demand, you would have more folks posting on this board in general, and be getting offers for $21,22,23,23K, or whatever.  For Example:

"Wanted, PE 500, will pay bonus, please call or email me at  ***-****"

Mine was a red too, until I canceled....

Too late to get one from me now! I called and cancelled today. If you want a Rosso 2012 Fiat 500 "Prima Edizione" give Bergstrom Fiat of Milwaukee a call.
There is no more "waiting list" as the dealer gets to do what it wants with it. It will be interesting to see their asking price.

Call around to open Fiat dealers and see if they have any PE cancellations coming their way, you may be able to snag one.

I'm sorry you've cancelled today. - what made you do that, what was the last straw?

Black stripe
Black roof
Non body-colored dash
Over-priced compared to comparably equiped non-Prima sport
Botched delivery

To be fair, I knew about the first two items going into it. The other things revealed themselves over time.

Ok, but other than that, what's the problem?

I felt the same way about the 1st three.
But
I DO like the black roof
The stripes may be ok, and if not they come off
I want to give the dash a chance, and if not I know it can be changed for $375.

The last two I can see too, but I am willing to deal with them.

Add one more thing-- I ordered one without the sunroof, but I found out today that it does have one. Glad I cancelled out of this mess. Maybe I'll take another look at that Honda Fit....

If the Fit had an EV out now, boom, I would be on that puppy lickity split...

Me? Today is Thursday...Will go look at some Volvo C30s this weekend...if I see one I really like I will buy it.

If not, well I'll keep waiting on the Prima I guess. Depends a bit on the communication the next couple of days. A gentleman in Michigan is looking into my Prima (they still have it as going to Memphis, but I'm pretty sure they are wrong)...and I have a couple of emails into the Austin dealership.

I'm not horribly concerned with "when" my car gets here...a week or two isn't a big deal one way or the other....I am much more concerned with "how" I get my car. If they can get my car to my house or a local dealership...cool...if they expect me to drive to Austin or Memphis...can't happen...

I will try and route my Prima to El Paso though if I plan to cancel...They worked hard for my sale until Fiat told them no...I would hate my Prima to go up for sale at a dealership that did little to nothing to get my purchase.
