It is HERE!!!!

Just went for my first drive and I love it so far.  I am so very happy with the color combination.  The Olive is greener than some of the pictures show and the Marrone is darker than any picture I've seen.  Even the picture I took brightens it up more than in person.  The combination is very rich for such a tiny car.

Only issue was a slight hiccup with the insurance company who initially wouldn't insure it because it is "like a Ferrari or Lamborghini."  Really?   After two phone calls and some discussion, they figured it out.

Verde Oliva - first day home.Marrone Interior - Darker in person.

Congrats!  Nice color combo.
Seem like taking longer time from Mexico  to California, even they just need to cross the border

Very nice choice.  Classic, sporty, and a bit posh all at the same time.

Looks great!  Hey, strip off the Fiat badges and put on a couple of Ferrari ones.  Some folks would never know;)  Doesn't Aston Martin have an A segment concept car!

My car was in the dealership yesterday. Unfortunately, the color is Giallo, not Expresso... so disappointed.

Now decision time again.

1. Should I re-oreder it again with the Expresso exterior and Marrone interior color?  (another 7 weeks waiting is killing me...)

2. Pick another one from the lot. Here are my choices:

     a. Giallo / Marrone  (just arrived)
     b. Rame / Marrone (arrived 2 weeks ago)
     c. Expresso / Black (almost a month in the lot)

So hard to choose...

Rame with Marrone was my first choice and unavailable when I ordered.  I love that combo.  The Marrone was a non-negotiable for me, I had to have it and I am so glad I got it.  The brown is rich and pictures do not do it justice.

No matter which one you get, you will smile every time you get in it and people will come up to you everywhere to talk about it.

If your heart is set on Espresso/Marrone, then just suck it up and wait.  The upside is, the cars will probably be even BETTER now.  Mine seems to have better fit and finish than some of the first ones I saw but is still not perfect. (more on that later.)

Of course, if you do re-order that is 7 weeks of your life without the fun of a FIAT.

Re: Finally ordered a car yesterday!

I made my decision, I picked up the only Expresso Sport on the lot with the black interior.
it is not the prefect color I want, but I want the fun now. Watching you all having the fun,
I want it now haha.

Rame lost it's charm badly on the cloudy day.

I was so disappointed for three weeks since I knew my order was mess up. But once my foot on the pedal leaving the dealership, there was a smile on my face. The disappointment was gone. The 500 really makes people smile haha.

At the end I saved $300 from my original price. The dealership waived the destination fee for me, but this car cost $200 more because it has the Sat-radio. So I think it is still all right, I still have my smile and $300 in my pocket.

I will post some pictures later when I am free from work.

Congratulations on your car and many happy miles!  The Sat-radio thing is something I never really thought about, but now that I have it, I really enjoy it!

Congrats...good choice!   Driving now, versus 7 more weeks of agony was a good call.  Get used to being stopped to talk about your car.  Several people in parking lots wanted to discuss and a young lady was snapping pictures of it.  A young guy next to me at a stop light last night was pawing at his window and oogling the car...at least I think it was the car...maybe we shouldn't count his interest after all.
