Botched orders on the Primas?

Has anyone else who ordered a Prima and made changes prior to production with the CIAO FIAT line not get thier changes when the car was built?  I changed my order on January 15th to add the block heater, they called me to confirm that the change was made in time, but when I spoke with the dealer, SUPRISE, no block heater.

PE 311 came with a block heater that I did not order. I don't remember being offered the option but maybe they did. Nevertheless, maybe they just made discisions based on the part of the country the PE's were going to. Would be interested if anyone else did not get one that was ordered or vice versa and where in the country they are located.

Like you, I never will use mine either.  Somebody else will.....

I didn't add that option originally back in November, but asked for it later. Maybe it was around January. I did get it with the car, so it worked out for me. Even more surprising that there were others who couldn't add it. i live in the south, so it will not be used often, only a handful of mornings in single digits. Still worth $50.

When I picked up my car yesterday (March 31st), the dealer said Fiat called and told them they will send them one and their techs will install it.  It's an OEM fitment so it will be like it was installed at the factory and their paying for it & the dealer said he would put gas in my car for having to make the trip back.  so I'm satisfied.  Oh, and I love the car!!!

Where is it located.  I supposedly have it, but I never confirmed it.  Is there an extension cord plug attached to it?

Open the hood and the cord is wrapped and tied with a velcro strap. It's on the right side when you open the hood right up in front.
