Joe (Peppydee),
Glad yours actually has made it to GA. Mine may be here but I've already cancelled and I'm ok with that. I really love the black roof and wheels but could live without everything else in the pkg. I'm thinking if I get Yellow, I might have the roof done in black anyway. Can't wait to get into an actual studio and see everything and decide. May be South ATL, may be Buford, may even be Birmingham. Had a nice talk with the manager over there yesterday. That $1500 I save in the PE package will go a long way towards customization of my own personal 1 of 1 edition. I'll let you know how it ends up and keep my posted on your PE.

Ooooo... Pearly white is another favorite. It's white, but I think a bit more reflective than the regular bianco. I may have to call the dealer tomorrow. I'm so excited. Been waiting three (over three?) years for this! Thanks for posting those pics btw! |

It has been our pleasure to assist you through this process and I definitely like the pictures you took of our inventory. The picture I took of you and Sean is on our facebook page. I'll email you a copy as well. - Kelly FIAT of Peabody |

Hi Chris! Yes, well I was busy with work and managed to sustain a pretty substantial neuromuscular injury playing a very heavy and not so ergonomically designed instrument. The injury is just now, finally, healing. But during that period, I avoided sitting at the computer as much as possible. Guess I'm a "summer chicken" now!
I'm so excited about the car. Finally got to sit in the one at the local dealer. I know a lot of folks here drive very nice cars, so the Fiat is just another albeit special car. For me, it's the lap of luxury!!! I love the feel of the seats. Posture at the wheel is very important and I felt these seats were well designed, much better than what I currently drive. And that fake leather? Wow! I was completely fooled. Can't wait... |

Hi Chris,
Just read an article about the 500C which will debut at the New York Autoshow next month, and then go on sale shortly after. http://content.usatoday.com/communities/driveon/post/2011/03/fiat-500-convertible-to-be-at-new-york-show-go-on-sale-soon/1 The article said it will be on sale before the end of Spring. I'm really liking the thought of have a convertible 500. By then, this Buford studio will be completely functional, so the "Fiat Experience might be worth the wait especially if the car I finally drive out with is a 500C. I'll keep you posted.

Just sold my Jaguar (daily car) yesterday so now I'm slumming it in the old Ranger that is usually reserved for Home Depot runs. Calling a couple of local dealers to see what they have now or coming soon. Fingers crossed for a fun colored Sport w/o sunroof!

Wow, sorry to hear about your injury. I'm glad you are on the mend and I hope your car will take your mind off of it. I know about awkward instruments, when I was a kid in 7th grade, I got "drafted" to play the sousaphone for the marching band. I was like 5'3" marching with a full size sousaphone... I had to learn to play just two notes - BA-BUUM-BA-BUUM-BA-BUUM-for miles! I also played a cello back then and had to carry THAT to school.

Thanks for keeping us updated. I am scheduled to attend the show, but they are really tight on info about the car at the moment. I just remembered I do have something on the 500C I should post. I'll do it next week.

While on my way to another Fiat Studio to check out their inventory, my original dealer called to tell me that the Prima I cancelled 4 days ago was in! I let them know of the cancellation and they were a bit shocked but very nice about it. So...anyone who wants a Bianco with a roof, call Fiat of Buford in GA, they have one!
Drove a Sport today without a sunroof and it makes ALL the difference for me. Feels like a much bigger car. Saw some really cute Pop models with red and white interiors and saw many of the colors on the lot. The blue is actually very stunning. The Espresso disappointed me a little but it is not a bad color. Hopefully will have some news and pictures to share in the next few days.
