Under-seat storage and...

 Here's some confirmation on a couple of things we've been asking about.

The cars do come with hill holder.

The POP comes with the under-seat storage area. The other cars don't because the Bose system places an amp under the passenger seat (the Euro car with leather and a car with easy entry also doesn't have the storage area).

I spent about 15 minutes yesterday trying to find this particular storage space in a SPORT :) Tried everything I could until I saw the bose amp you're talking about!

Ah, neat.  It's in the same place as the JBL in my Prius!

Drat! I'd hoped the storage would be under the seat, oh well, now we know why!

And that probably means that little black thing mounted to the right side of the cargo area is the sub then!

I might have that mixed up, the sub might be under the seat and the amp in the trunk.

Nah.  The amp for the JBL system in my car is under the passenger seat.  The sub in my mom's CX-9 is in the luggage area under the floor, and it's a Bose system.

Amps under the seat and subs in the back are pretty standard in OEM car installations.

Yes, subs are typically in the rear cargo area. My car has a Kicker audio system with a removable sub in the back. Although the amp is actually located where the spare tire normally would be, under the cargo area floor.

That's normal for aftermarket installations.

Mine is not aftermarket though. It is the factory upgraded sound system.
