When the time is right can you add topics for:

1) When real orders for Pop/Sprot/Lounge will be started, not pre orders.

2) A topic that will list dealers that have fully opened for business so that us interested in buying a car can determine where to go as fast as possible.

Yes, in the main screen, choose "topics view" on the top left. All the topics will be displayed in order of last post, then choose the topic you want by clicking on the person who last posted. They'll be to the right of the topic.
