FIAT vs MINI measurements

I did some crude comparative measurements of my colleague's MINI and my 500. While I cannot guarantee accuracy, they are close enough for discussion. I am quite surprised how close the measurements are between the two. I really though the MINI was significantly wider. (Excuse the lining up of the columns, it works in preparing the message but not the outcome).

I sure hope we don't have to start a thread on what we hate about our Fiats.  The what we hate about our MINI thread on northamericanmotoring.com is pretty huge.

I had printed out specs for both my MINI Cooper S and my upcoming Fiat 500, but it's great to have them (although base MINI) side by side.

I am really attached to my MINI, but I was to my old Fiat 128, too. I hope the transition on an emotional level is relatively painless.
